THE BIG5 DUBAI
The BIG 5 has become one of the most awaited events by Italian and international companies in the construction sector and will be held from 25 to 29 November at the Dubai World Trade Center. Over the years, the trade show has become one of the indispensable opportunities for business in the Gulf area since the beginning, since 1979, a networking platform for suppliers and purchasers of construction materials. The substantial investments planned in the construction and infrastructure sector because of Expo 2020, lead to thinking that the 2019 edition will have even greater success. The initiative, now in its 40th edition, in 2018 saw the presence of 68,753 professional visitors from 132 countries and over 2,248 exhibitors from 66 different nationalities.
INTERNATIONAL BUILDING FAIR
The fair is now considered the reference event for the construction and construction sector in the Middle East, South-East Asia and some East African countries. The biggest showcase for heavy machinery and industrial vehicles, The Big5 Dubai, offers new business opportunities and the possibility of consolidating relations with partners in the Middle East. As for the last editions, also this year, the sectorial division of the exhibition areas will be confirmed. More precisely, it will include the following sections:
- Construction Tools & Building Materials: equipment and equipment for construction, metal and steel processing
- Construction Technology & Innovation: Software & IT, BIM, Robotics, 3D Printing, Smart & Building automation
- MEP Services: thermo-hydraulics, electrical systems, safety and fire prevention

- Building Envelope & Special Construction: windows, sun protection, roofing, special constructions
During the four days of the excellent fair and in the same exhibition spaces, another Middle East Concrete trade fair dedicated to the cement industry and the products and machinery connected to it will take place.
